We asked a few of the ambassadors from the Class of 2025 to share their favorite memories from Duke. The below interview has been slightly edited for clarity.
What was one of the most impactful classes you took during your time at Duke and why?
One of the very first classes that I took at Duke, EvAnth101, fundamentally reshaped how I view the world. It provided a critical lens through which I could understand the intricate connections between science and society, a perspective that enriched my entire Duke experience and continues to inform my thinking.
What was the most important thing you’ve learned at Duke?
Beyond the classroom, Duke students taught me the beauty of celebrating differences and the power of relentless aspiration. Witnessing the incredible journeys of my peers has shown me that there is no dream too big!
What will you miss the most about Duke after graduation?
I will miss the insanely talented, ambitious, and unique group of people that Duke allowed me to connect with. My peers and professors alike are so driven and passionate; it always inspired me to dream bigger.
