The Biology Majors Union is a Duke Student Government (DSG) sponsored, student-run organization that helps to build community among Biology majors.
Undergrad Learning Assistants
The Biology Department has a formal path for undergraduates to become certified peer educators in our department. Students can help teach their peers in a variety of courses as undergraduate learning assistants.
Departmental Awards
Each year at graduation, the Biology Department presents several endowed awards to selected students. There are also some travel awards available each year, which provide funding to off-set costs of students presenting at scientific conferences. Learn more about these and see previous recipients.
