Course covers broad and rapidly evolving field of neuroscience encompassing questions about how humans and other animals experience their world. Learners explore the organization of neural systems that sense our environment, plan and execute complex movements, encode and retrieve memories, and experience a wide range of emotions. Learners examine brain development and how changes in structure and function underlie impacts of neurological and psychiatric disorders. Not recommended for first-year students. Instructor: Newpher
