How has being a Biology graduate from Duke helped shape you personally and/or professionally?

"My biology degree provided a strong framework to understand human biology and research. It helped me pursue a career in internal medicine. I later developed my career to include leadership within hospital medicine."

What advice would you give students in Duke's Biology programs? 

"I would encourage students to make the most of the opportunities given."
