When I went to Duke I was preparing to go to either a graduate biology program or medical school but made a pivot in my junior year to apply to law school. I have been able to use my science background in my legal career working in intellectual property law, now on behalf of a pharmaceutical company. Having my biology and chemistry background from Duke has been critical to my current work."
