Research interests My research interests revolve around two major themes: historical geography/environmental history and community-based sustainable development. More specifically, I am interested in land tenure, land use, territoriality and environmental change from a historical perspective. In regard to applied research, I also work in rural communities in issues such as community projects, participatory mapping and so on.
